When I was sorting through my calculators and checking if I had removed the batteries
before putting them into storage, I opened this one up to find the solar panel was a fake!

It is actually powered by an AG10 battery. I presume this was done to save a few pence on the
manufacturing cost. The "solar panel" certainly looks realistic, but it is just a piece of plastic.
There are no wires attached to it.
